  • PG, PG – Proctor and Gamble
  • RP – Red Plum
  • SS – SmartSource
  • B1G1. BOGO – Buy 1 Get 1 (for free)
  • $/$$ – Dollars off when you spend X amount of dollars
  • .50/1 – Fifty cents off one item
  • .50/4 – Fifty cents off 4 items
  • Peelie – Coupon that you peel off the package
  • Catalina – Coupon dispensed at the register at the time of purchase (which will be separate from your receipt)
  • Blinkie – Coupon dispensed near product, in the store (usually from a “blinking” red box)
  • Tearpad – Pad of refund forms or coupons found hanging from a store shelf or display
  • eCoupon, EQ – Found on the internet, different because it is uploaded to a card
  • IP – Internet Printable
  • FAR – Free After Rebate (which is mailed in)
  • MFR or MQ – Manufacturer or Manufacturer Coupon
  • SQ – Store Coupon (some stores mail or publish their own coupons
  • CQ – Competitor Coupon
  • MIR – Mail in Rebate
  • Stacking – Using 1 MQ with a SQ
  • Filler Item – Cheap item purchased to complete a transaction (Walgreens)
  • WYB – When You Buy
  • DND – Do Not Double
